"A Bellicose,Red-Faced, Angry Guy" Answering The "Red Phone"???

If you think that the aforementioned characterization comes from the lips of a "liberal" Democratic operative, think again. That scathing assessment comes from none other than Patrick Buchanan, who, apparantly must be drinking a different flavor of Kool-Aid of late.
