On Saturday, October 18th. BUS TRIP TO CANVASS IN WILKES-BARRE, PA!! An Easton coach bus will load at 6:00 am in the Mt Vernon East Train Station Parking Lot and then at 7:00 am in the Chappaqua Train Station Parking lot. Parking is free in the permit spaces in the train station parking lots. We'll be home by 8:00 pm. Obama for America provides training and canvassing guidance. Snacks and water provided (and a movie on the way home). Check to make sure you are 18 or over (or have your parent call me at 2381401) and physically able to walk for three hours out in a neighborhood. Bring a lunch that is easy to carry.
Sign up with Rose at cohenshouse@optonline.net and then send a check for $45 made out to Sarah Preston to her house at 480 Cantitoe Rd., Bedford NY 10506. The bus is not sponsored by the campaign...we collect all the money and rent the bus through Grand Union Tours.
